- Full participation in an immersive program at the University for Peace, established by the United Nations.
- Expert facilitation and coaching from internationally recognized facilitators.

About Us
Rahul Razdan
A scientist, entrepreneur, and business executive, Dr. Razdan has led at the highest levels of startups, academia, and Fortune 500 companies. Currently CEO of the Razdan Research Institute, he spearheads innovations at the intersection of technology and society. He holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon and a Ph.D. from Harvard University.
Julia Delafield
Director of the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education, Julia holds dual Master’s degrees from UPEACE and American University. With a background in sustainable development, social enterprise, and environmental certification across Latin America, she blends strategic vision with a passion for experiential learning. She has lived in Costa Rica since 2009.
Mohit Mukherjee
Founding Director of the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education, Mohit brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the corporate, nonprofit, and academic sectors. A Stanford and Harvard graduate, he focuses on leadership development for times of change and innovation, working closely with corporate partners around the world.
