Payment to the UPEACE Centre can be made by credit card or wire transfer. We also accept PayPal payments to [email protected].

Please note that our system cannot accept American Express cards and some corporate credit cards. We encourage you to try first. If your payment does not go through, please contact us at [email protected] and include a screenshot of the error if possible.

Your enrollment in The Legacy Lab will be confirmed once your deposit payment has been successfully processed. Our team will follow up promptly with a confirmation email outlining next steps and program details.

The Legacy Lab is offered at Early Bird pricing of $7,500 USD for participants who enroll (deposit paid) on or before November 14, 2026. Enrolling by this date secures the $7,500 price regardless of when the remaining payments are completed, as long as they follow the schedule below.

Starting November 15, 2026, the program price increases to $8,250 USD for any new enrollments.

Payments are structured as follows:

• $500 non-refundable deposit, due at the time of enrollment confirmation
• $2,500 due by mid-September 2026
• $2,500 due by mid-November 2026
• $2,000 due by January 15, 2027

All payments must be completed before the program begins on January 18, 2027. If you require a different payment arrangement, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to work something out.

The $500 enrollment deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. For all additional payments made, the following policy applies:

Cancellation before October 1, 2026

A full refund of all payments made beyond the deposit will be offered, minus a $100 processing fee to cover banking and administration costs.

Cancellation between October 1 and December 1, 2026

A 75% refund of all payments made beyond the deposit will be offered.

Cancellation between December 1 and January 1, 2027

A 50% refund of all payments made beyond the deposit will be offered.

Cancellation after January 1, 2027

No refunds are available after this date. A credit for the full amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be granted and can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education.

Illness and Family Emergencies

In the case of documented illness or a family emergency that prevents travel, UPEACE will work with the participant in good faith to explore options for recovering costs, which may include a partial refund evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This is not guaranteed and depends on the specific circumstances and any costs the program has already incurred.

Credits

In all cases where a credit is granted, the credit can be applied toward any future professional development offering from the UPEACE Centre for Executive Education. Credits are valid for three years from the date of issuance and are transferable to a family member or friend if the original participant chooses not to use it.
