This course starts on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, and ends on October 28th, 2025. This is a 6-week course. We meet every Tuesday at 12 pm Eastern Time (New York) for two hours. The live virtual session, once a week, is mandatory.

Meet the Facilitators!

Reshma Khan

Reshma Aziz Khan is a Kenyan of Indian origin who was born and grew up in Nairobi. She did her undergraduate degree in Calgary, Canada. Over the past decade, Reshma has worked in development and humanitarian aid in many roles, including communications, leadership, strategy, and culture, and has led leadership and strategy workshops globally. More recently, Reshma has been actively involved in inclusion work to ensure that large non-profits think and act on issues of race, diversity, gender equality, and other divisive factors.

In 2020, Reshma set up her own leadership coaching and consultancy company K’enso Consulting, and collaborates with social impact leaders globally to work towards a more just world where it doesn’t matter what color, religion, or gender anyone is. In her own life, positive thought has transformed her life and her purpose, and as a facilitator and guide, she hopes to support people looking to change the world to lean into their own positive potential by offering a space for reflective learning, experimentation, and inclusive dialogue.

Arianna Reyes Chanto excels at helping others achieve their full potential. With over 15 years of experience in coaching and leading high-performing teams, she is passionate about the intersection of people and technology and dedicated to making a positive impact on social enterprises and technology-driven organizations.


Currently based in San Jose, Costa Rica, Arianna combines a strong background in Agile Coaching, Process Improvement, and Delivery Management within the software development industry with extensive expertise in Social Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Professional and Organizational Development. As a proud graduate of the U.S. State Department's Community Solutions Program, the UN Upeace Global Leadership Diploma, and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Change Agents for Advocacy program, she has founded and facilitated diverse initiatives focused on Women's Rights and Female Empowerment.


In her role as Director at BLOOM, Arianna empowers individuals and organizations through tailored education, coaching, and consultancy services. Her work fosters leadership, inclusivity, and professional growth, striving to create environments where emotional intelligence, effective communication, and innovative thinking drive sustainable success.
