This course will start in May 20, 2025. This is a 4-week course. We meet every Tuesday at 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Eastern Time (New York) for an hour and a half. The live virtual session, once a week, is mandatory.

Week 01 Who are you? An Introduction to MBTI
Week 02 Get Creative! Learn how to understand yourself and others with team-type tables
Week 03 My Team and I: Capitalize on team strengths to find common ground
Week 04 Bring it all together: Final Project – Team MBTI Analysis and Leadership Styles

Meet the Facilitator!
The course will be led by David Espinoza Gamboa. David is a certified practitioner for the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator test with about 6 years of experience facilitating and interpreting MBTI results. He has facilitated sessions with the consulting firm McKinsey and Company and as an independent instructor with his own consulting firm Intendere Strengths Consulting. He is also certified in the Clifton Strengths Finder tool. In his free time, David is a Licensed Tour Guide in the city of San José and an active member of the music band Republica Fortuna.
