Naita Saechao Chialvo is an accomplished educator and global leader, blending academic expertise with lived experience to inspire transformative change. She holds a Master’s in Peace Education and a Diploma in Social Innovation from UPEACE, a Next Economy MBA Certificate, and credentials in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD. Her approach centers on joy-filled learning, diversity, and community-led empowerment, particularly for marginalized and global majority communities.


As a hilltribe refugee from Laos/Thailand and the daughter of a Mien shaman, Naita draws on her unique perspective to foster belonging and justice worldwide. She has contributed to leading organizations, including Stanford d.school, United World College (Thailand), and READ Global, and has extensive experience in APAC and the Americas. Naita envisions education as a pathway to equity, combining humility, curiosity, and a deep commitment to building a better future for people and the planet.

Taylor O’Connor is a peace educator and youth peacebuilding specialist, driven by innovative and participatory approaches to building peace. After earning his Bachelor’s in Child Development and a Master’s in Peace Education from UPEACE, he spent nearly a decade supporting youth and grassroots organizations in Myanmar and beyond. His work with UNICEF has shaped global youth peacebuilding strategies and delivered virtual trainings that have reached participants in over 100 countries.


As the creator of Everyday Peacebuilding, a blog and resource hub, Taylor empowers individuals to dismantle oppression and build peace in practical, accessible ways. He consults with international agencies and supports grassroots initiatives, advocating for decolonized, community-driven solutions. Through his work, Taylor seeks to inspire peacebuilders worldwide to transform social issues and create lasting change.
