Empowered Communication is about having the tools and skills to use a range of communication practices–from assertive to empathetic to active listening–and the self-awareness to know when to use them.

If you are interested in improving your communication skills to learn more about yourself and others, to understand triggers, and how emotional experience affects communication, then this course is for you! Practice how to prioritize your own needs while remaining sensitive and empathetic to the needs of others and learn how to use practical tools to manage conflict.
