Meet the Facilitators!

Linh Tran has extensive global experience as a consultant, executive coach, interculturalist, and facilitator. She helps leaders, teams, and organizations across numerous sectors build their capacity for strategic alignment, develop their leadership competencies and pipeline, engage their employees, and create human-centric work cultures.

She holds a Master's in Human in Intercultural and International Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Human Resources, a multitude of coaching-related certifications, and is an ICF Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC). Linh currently lives in the Washington D.C. area with her partner, two teenagers, and two rescue dogs.

Jason Ighani is an accomplished team development specialist with over 15 years of global experience in helping teams become more responsive, aware and agile. He is the co-founder of KITE, a consulting firm specialized in supporting leaders and teams within the humanitarian and development space. He has worked extensively within the United Nations system, specializing in assessing, launching and coaching leadership teams in both emergency and development contexts.

Jason’s clients include mission-driven organizations including Global Fund for Women, Humanitarian OpenStreetmap Team, UNICEF, UNFPA, and IOM. Jason is also the founder of The Humanitarian Coaching Network, an organization that enlists coaches worldwide to help humanitarian organizations support the engagement and wellbeing of their staff and accelerate organizational change.

Jason has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Development and a Master of Arts degree in Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology. Jason is based between Seattle and Costa Rica, and is bilingual in English/Spanish.
